Orders & Acceptance

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Preference-based returns may require the customer to pay return shipping costs. Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description are handled separately under our after-sales process.
